First Ladies of Poverty Foundation has partnered with Facebook advocacy page and group Minority Party to create a community support group for minority communities and allies. The group is intended to be a support group for minority communities where we can support each other in their personal lives, professional lives, financially and in leadership.
The partnership goal is to be very proactive about supportive each other in getting what we need on our journey to employment / career development, financial security, healthy relationships and a fulfilling lifestyle. We aim to break glass ceilings and create new standards of living for ourselves, our loved ones and our communities

Who is this group for?
Vision and rules
We the people want to review, debate and discuss current events and systemic issues. We will lift our voices and educate ourselves and our communities. We are an active group that wants to promote change, equality and unity.
+Respect: We don't expect everyone to have the same opinion, but PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER GROUP MEMBERS.
+ No Hate Speech or Bullying: Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. (aka Not demeaning or devaluing another human being)
+Actively Supportive and Mutually Beneficial Community Dynamic: Give more than you take to this group.
+ Stay Engaged and Invite Like-Minded Individuals to Join Us: Be active in the group. A community only works if you do. Please invite your friends and family to the group. Please participate; share your ideas, thoughts, news events, fears. One person can truly make a difference, and that person can be you--but only if you participate.
+ Demand Transparency Demand Transparency: When 45 lies fact check him and spread the truth everywhere. Demand 45 reveal his taxes and all information on his foreign financial interests. Total government transparency.
+ Postings If you post an old article, please identify the article as old and state the month and year in your comments otherwise the post will not be approved
