More than two million American women have had to drop out of the workforce this past year, resulting in the lowest percentage of women in the workplace since the 80s. Many factors, such as shouldering the childcare burden, are contributing to the fact that women have been leaving their jobs at four times the rate of men. Whether forced to leave their careers, put them on hold or stay working while finding a way to navigate through a morphed career environment, women are finding ways to survive through these unprecedented times. Save the Date: December 17th at 7 p.m. EST Join us December 17th at 7p EST to hear Laci Oyler, Shatoyia Jones and Debbie Malewicki to share their real stories of how they have not only had to pivot their careers, but also their mindset - each finding their own resilience through the pandemic. Get cozy and tune in for an important discussion on what we can do to support ourselves, and other women as we continue to tread through the challenges this pandemic brings us. All participants will be able to join interactively in the conversation as well as be part of a private, supportive post-event network! This is a free event.
