 More than two million American women have had to drop out of the workforce this past year, resulting in the lowest percentage of women in the workplace since the 80s. Many factors, such as shouldering the childcare burden, are contributing to the fact that women have been leaving their jobs at four times the rate of men. Whether forced to leave their careers, put them on hold or stay working while finding a way to navigate through a morphed career environment, women are finding ways to survive through these unprecedented times.

 In a world of filters, fake body parts and sex craze, we all just want a sense of belonging and a connection that transcends the physical. Here is an exercise we can all do to maintain our sense of humanity, as well as a resource to continue to connect with others seeking a higher quality of life, not just financial success.
